L-Soft is currently seeking a highly motivated professional to be an integral member of our customer support group. Duties include providing quality customer care for use of all our products and services around LISTSERV®, our flagship product – tasks that are generally handled by phone and email. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service orientation, trouble-shooting and problem-analysis skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a very good knowledge of personal computers, Internet, email and Windows. Expertise with LISTSERV®, OpenVMS or Unix, and a Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) from a four-year college or university in computer science or a related field would be a major plus.
This position reports directly to the VP of Computer Services and will work in a small team of experienced customer support engineers in our Landover, MD, office as well as telecommuters nationwide. Occasional overtime, the willingness to take even more responsibility when needed, as well as the flexibility to go the extra mile for our customers is required.
