Additional services, including live updates, which keep your system current with the latest bounce filter and recommended domain policy configurations for optimal deliverability, are also available. Please contact your sales representative for more information.
Support for our products and services is available on business days from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time) except during L-Soft holidays. View a list of L-Soft holidays.
During normal business hours, we will acknowledge your email inquiry within one hour after receiving it. Our acknowledgment may include the answer to your inquiry, a request for additional information, or a status report regarding the additional time needed for research.
